Trail Mountain Electric's residential division was built for Southern Utah's custom home market. We work directly with general contractors, architects, and homeowners across Cedar Highlands, Brian Head, Snow Canyon, Kayenta, Entrada, SunRiver, and Coral Canyon, plus full-home remodels and service-only work across Iron, Washington, and the surrounding counties.
Our residential lead electricians bring deep field experience, every truck carries a stocked panel and breaker inventory, and we offer same-day service for panel issues, EV charger installs, and outdoor lighting repairs across Cedar City, St. George, Hurricane, Washington, Ivins, Santa Clara, La Verkin, Toquerville, Springdale, Kanab, and Beaver. Custom homes get a dedicated project manager, BIM-quality coordination drawings, smart-home pre-wire, and a final commissioning walk that verifies every circuit, dimmer, and scene.
Service work is flat-rate priced before we start, and our truck stock means we can almost always finish a same-day visit on the first trip. We back every install with a lifetime workmanship warranty for the original homeowner.
