Trail Mountain Electric serves general contractors, owners, and developers throughout the Mountain West with a commercial electrical practice that spans Class A office towers, retail centers, hospitality, mixed-use, and tenant improvements. Our project executives manage from preconstruction through warranty, and our licensed master electricians self-perform service and feeder installation, lighting, fire alarm, low-voltage, and final commissioning.
We bring BIM-coordinated installation, prefab racking, and digital as-builts to every job. Our preconstruction team produces transparent estimates with material take-offs and labor units inside two business days for opportunities under $5M, and inside ten days for negotiated work above $10M. We're bonded to $2M per project with $5M in general liability, and our safety record sits below 0.78 EMR for the past four reporting years.
On the field side, we operate three regional warehouses (Heber City, Salt Lake, and Boise) so our crews show up with the right gear and don't lose float waiting on material.
